Shipping policy
All orders have a processing time of 1 business day.
Once an order is fulfilled, it will ship out in the next business day.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

- We guarantee that all items will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and correct. It is unable to cancel, retrieve, or stop the delivery process once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned by the courier due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a re-delivery. Please note, a shipping fee may be included in the re-delivery of your order.
- Seanaily is not responsible for unclaimed orders that are returned to us due to non delivery. Buyers are responsible to make themselves available to receive their order and/or reply to the notice left by the shipping courier to arrange re-delivery.
- Shipping delays due to customs and import regulations are out of our control.
- Seanaily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages being delivered.

Return policy
You may refund the item within 7 days from the date of receiving it and receive a refund minus a non-negotiable $20 shipping & handling fee. In order to be eligible for a refund, all items from the original package must be included and undamaged.
All sale and promotional items are non-refundable.
If you experience a quality issue in a rare event, please get in touch with us right away. Images or videos showing the problem must be provided within 7 days of delivery, with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Seanaily conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before processing and packing. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to resolve the matter at hand satisfactorily.
